We describe the design method of the fixed-point implementation of the logarithm domain MPa algorithm for SCMA signal demodulation, and compare it with the traditional MPa algorithm according to its complexity. We study the influence of information transfer iterations in MPA algorithm on system performance. Simulation results show that the performance of log domain MPa algorithm is better than that of traditional MPa algorithm in the case of low complexity hardware implementation.
