English Description：
We adapt a block-based Compressed Sensing(BCS) in sampling style, and a projection-driven Landweber iteration with hard thresholding to reconstruct video, while wiener filter (SPL) is used to reduce noise and block artifacts during iteration procedure. Furthermore, incorporating reconstruction from a residual arising with motion estimation and compensation in bi-directions is applied to improve reconstruction quality. Also, a weighted matrix is employed in transform domain to further optimization.
