The transmission and reflection characteristics of one-dimensional photonic crystal are calculated. The soft threshold, hard threshold and various threshold calculation methods are compared. The Euclidean distance between two matrices is calculated. It is useful for graduation project. The simulated ppm under random modulation signal is given. The eye diagram of received signal and the bit error rate of system simulation are given.
