The application of pattern recognition and machine learning methods in image processing and computer vision research is a major area. However, the large-scale information content of image restricts the direct use of pattern recognition algorithms, such as classification, clustering and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the information content of the image. In this project, we analyze a method of using LPP to reduce information content. The graphical user interface (GUI) has shown all aspects of locality preserving projection.
