There are two main methods to determine the weight: one is subjective weight method, such as AHP, expert scoring method; the other is objective weight method, such as critical assignment method. Different methods also have different weights because of their different calculation methods. This paper introduces the critical assignment method in the objective weighting method through specific cases, and appendix the relevant matlab source code.
