In LTE system, matlab simulation and throughput index are used to analyze the performance of inter cell power control algorithm. The inter cell interference in LTE system is caused by increasing power to obtain higher signal-to-noise ratio. The simulation program first constructs the cell model. Then the IOT index is used to simulate and control, and the performance is analyzed.
