The method has been incorporated into the standard of calculating structural reliability by JICC mechanism. JC algorithm also becomes the point method, which is used to calculate the minimum distance of the function to the origin, as the reliability index beta, which is obtained by the standard normal distribution. This procedure takes into account the reliability of the complex structure system with the non normal distribution and the existence of the correlation coefficient.
