Using Matlab GUI to realize the serial port programming example, this paper gives the received signal eye diagram, system simulation error rate, complete encoding and decoding of LDPC code, and expounds the application research of load forecasting. It is a kind of double hidden layer back propagation neural network, based on the maximum negative entropy independent component analysis, including least square method, SVM, neural network, 1_ K-nearest neighbor method.
