In recent decades,various influence models [1-3] have been proposed to describe different kind of target motions for maneuvering target tracking,and practical model of a maneuvering target tracking has attracted considerable number of researchers with different approaches to the problem. The Current Statistical model(CSM) was proposed by Dr.Zhou in 1983[4]. In the CSM , the target acceleration is characterized by a modified Rayleith probability density function, and its mean value is predicted value of the current acceleration. Comparing with the Singer model, the CSM can reflect the real target maneuvering range and intensity.
