English Description：
This is a code wrote for signal processing, it takes in an N array of data and performs Fourier analysis on. The output which is in the Fourier domain is then convoluted with a filter that I created with the same length of the input data. The filter is made from only zeros and ones with ones dominating the zeros. The size of the dil is kept constant whiles the zeros in the filter is being increased or decreased base on my perfection.
