数字图像相关(DIC)是一种光学、非接触的测量全场位移和应变的方法。唯一的要求是试样表面上有随机散斑图案,由实验人员(即随机油漆图案)产生,或自然发生(即大放大倍数下的表面纹理)。DIC没有固有的长度尺度——通过选择适当的图像放大倍数和相应的散斑尺寸,DIC可用于测量米刻度到微米尺度的位移。


English Description:

Digital image correlation (DIC) is an optical, non-contact method for measuring full field displacement and strain. The only requirement is that there should be random speckle pattern on the sample surface, which is produced by the experimenter (i.e. random paint pattern), or naturally occurring (i.e. surface texture under large magnification). DIC has no inherent length scale - by selecting appropriate image magnification and corresponding speckle size, DIC can be used to measure the displacement from meter scale to micron scale.
