The code implement High pass filter on digital Images. One can convert the given image to its high pass output image using this code. The important criteria used in subjective evaluationof distorted images include the amount of distortion, the type of dis-tortion, and the distribution of error. An ideal image quality mea-sure should, therefore, be able to mimic the human observer. Wepresent a new grayscale image quality measure that can be usedas a graphical or a scalar measure to predict the distortion intro-duced by a wide range of noise sources.
