This paper mainly compares the differences between LMS algorithm and some improved LMS algorithms (NLMS algorithm, variable step size LMS algorithm, transform domain LMS algorithm), and develops the application of LMS algorithm on the basis of traditional LMS algorithm. On the other hand, the different characteristics of RLS algorithm and LMS algorithm are compared.
