English Description:

This paper discusses an important aspect of the control, the power converter connected to the power grid, that is to detect the fundamental positive sequence component of the grid voltage imbalance and distortion conditions. Specifically, an active decoupled phase-locked loop (double DQ – PLL) based on a new sequence detector dual synchronous coordinate system is proposed, which completely eliminates the detection error of the traditional synchronous reference frame (SRF – PLL).
