BP neural network in the application of gearbox fault diagnosis, this paper introduces the principle and algorithm of BP network, and using BP network gear box of coal winning machine cutting part fault trend prediction for mechanical transmission system.After load simulation experiment on the ground and underground validation, proved by artificial neural network can better forecast malfunction, change passive maintenance for as, maintenance, a large number of equipment maintenance cost can be saved for the reasonable arrangement of production plan and equipment maintenance provides the reliable basis.
